Deliveries occur between 08:30 to 15:00 Monday-Friday.
There will be NO deliveries over the weekend.
 

  

To Book:

  • Enter date for delivery and collection.
  • Enter quantity required, then click Hire It.
  • Tablecloth cannot be booked for a period longer than 7 days.
  • At the check out, please select delivery and collection time.

 

Design:

University of Melbourne branded tablecloths, ideal to cover rectangular trestle tables at expos and promotional events for registration and display.

Size: 2200mm (h) x 3100mm (w)  - Flat

Weight: 0.5kgs approx.

 

Conditions of Hire:

Our branded tablecloths are not be used to cover food and beverage tables. Ask your caterer to supply tablecloths for food service. Do not use blue tac or tape to adhere anything to tablecloths.

Hirers will be responsible for cost of laundering at $8 per tablecloth after each use. 

Hirer may be charged the full cost for repair or replacement for any items damaged or lost during hire.

 

Blackout Period:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any requests to hire tablecloths from late July through August, as all of the tablecloths will be in use for Open Day, and require laundering prior and post-event.

Hire store

Hiring is available to University of Melbourne staff on a weekly basis & will be charged through Themis. The Events Hire store closes the week before Christmas and reopens mid-January.
