Design: University of Melbourne branded tablecloths, ideal to cover rectangular trestle tables at expos & promotional events for registration and display.


Conditions of hire: Our branded tablecloths are not be used to cover food and beverage tables. Ask your caterer to supply tablecloths for food service. Do not use blue tac or tape to adhere anything to tablecloths.

From Monday 9 May 2022, hirers will be responsible for cost of laundering tablecloths at $6 per tablecloth after each use. Where tablecloths are damaged from stains or use of adhesive (blue tac, tape etc), the hirer will be charged the full cost of replacement.

 Please note:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any requests to hire tablecloths from late July though August, as all of the tablecloths will be in use for Open Day, and require laundering prior and post-event.

Hire store

Hiring is available to University of Melbourne staff on a weekly basis & will be charged through Themis. The Events Hire store closes the week before Christmas and reopens mid-January.
